Partner rates apply to the "from" price and move with scope. A prepaid pack is three projects of any size, paid up front and used within 12 months. Payment terms for individual projects: 50% deposit, balance on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel. Diagnostic credit applies to partner projects too.
